Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to ensure a fair, reliable, and seamless performance marketing experience for both advertisers and publishers on the Inflorise platform.
1. Advertiser Campaigns & Refunds
Refunds may be issued if marketing campaigns cannot be launched due to technical system issues or unexpected policy conflicts.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
2. Publisher Earnings
Publisher commissions are final and non-refundable once verified and paid out.
In the event of verified fraud, invalid click activity, or returned orders/leads, associated commissions may be reversed or adjusted before payout.
3. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel your Inflorise account at any time by contacting our support team.
Pre-paid services or platform balance charges are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a custom advertiser agreement.
4. Dispute Resolution
For any billing, tracking, or campaign disputes, please reach out to us at info@inflorise.com within 7 days of the occurrence.
